mchornblower will become famous soon enough
mchornblower

I'm new to this site and new to the '39 Handcraft. It's still in the mail, in fact. I've been looking for a Martin for awhile, and I jumped on this offering. Reading this and other threads discussing the 1939 Martin Handcraft Committee leads me to believe this impulse buy might just pay off.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Currently listening to: Squirrel Nut Zippers, Dizzy '57-'58, Bix, Charlie Shavers, Roscoe, Booker and Baker (in Milan).

Current instrument(s): Yamaha Xeno 8335, Besson Model A cornet

Current projects: Lee Presson and the Nails, Rosin Coven, Eggplant Casino, Hot Pink Feathers, various jazz combo permutations and Barry Syska's Fantasy Orchestra.

Cheers! mc hb

Re: mchornblower

Hello MChornblower - Welcome to TM. You have quite an ambitious list of projects in front of you. Based on that, I would say that a Martin Handcraft will pay off very nicely. Let us know when the projects are done so we can hear how it sounds.
