Old and New

Very nice to find a place where there are other cats like me - folks who love the horn and the music we can make with it.

There are two horns that I play most often - a Benge "Burbank" I got new back in 1969, and customed Yamaha I got back in 1971. There are several horns in my closet, from piccolo trumpet to flugelhorns, and a whole lot more.

It has been my honor to play pretty much every genre you can imagine a trumpet contributing to. I "can't ever give it up", you know - not this side of heaven, at least.

My greatest love, though, is helping young players develop there talent and skill. I feel compelled to pass on the great investment others put in to me to help me along.

Looking forward to being a part of this online "family".
