 | Starting Over Hello People, Just thought I'd introduce myself. Played cornet all through grade school and high school and then hung it up. The local Community Band here in Jacksonville FL. was looking for players and I gave it a shot. Turns out I'm not as rusty as I would have thought. So now it's back to practicing daily and trying to remember how to sight read. The chops come back easier than the reading part but I'm getting there. We've got some pretty good players in the band and they don't mind helping out a musical illiterate such as myself. I'll be asking dumb questions so bare with me till I get back up to speed.
