Transfer (new member)

Greating y'all;

I'm new on THIS forum. I was referred from another forum and here I be.

I am a comeback player from back in high school. (20+ years) Recently found a trumpet at a thrift store and picked it up and was suprised I can make a sound with it, still. It was just that a sound. it was all trumpet though.

It's been almost a year, last April. started with 3 months lessons from the "friendly neighborhood" music store owner/instructor. I am working with Standard Of Excellence" books and working from time to time in Arban's book, then some fun stuff from old Hymnals from the same thrift store. It would be nice to start working on POLKA TRUMPET?

thanks for being here, I hope to learn a lot from the various viewpoints.

God Bless.
JoJoMak

Ditto Richard's welcome. A good place for us "age-experienced" amateurs to hang out and pick pearls of wisdom off the floor without having to put up with too many trolls.
