That's Russ Johnson.

More importantly, who's the guy all the way on the right? Looks like an advertiser here

What about the lineup on horn, mouthpiece, valve oil, birthday, and warm-up habits?

Re: Looking good TK

Anyone using heavy valve caps or o-rings? I heard a dime in the third valve cap gives a darker sound and increases the value of the horn slightly.

Re: Looking good TK

The real question is does TK oil his valve springs! I hear Keith Lockhart told him to oil his third spring only.
;)

Wish I could have been there! Next time you're in Boston Tony let's hang!

Re: Looking good TK

Trent, you should know better, pros use baby powder on their valve springs. Much smoother action and no corrosion!

Re: Looking good TK

The spit that was collecting in my mouth was enough to oil all the horns there, playing next to Vizzutti.:)
No havy caps,no conversions,no dimes,no O-rings.....:)

Felix did you say you where collecting spit or.............. standing next to Vizzutti

Seriously, a great concert and some of the best playing I have heard in a while.
