![]() | Yesterday AMT of San Jose, Ca announced it was filing chapter 11. As far as I know this Equity, Local 6 house was doing well...I guess not. Hopefully it can return. Is NY feeling the same downturn? 3C |

Broadway is being killed by this economic climate (along with all tourism businesses). I know of at least 5 shows closing in January. Approx. 100 musicians out of work. Though I guess that's nothing considering 1/2 million Americans lost their jobs in Nov. Tony |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: It is ugly out there I don't play for a living. My full time job is just about gone. I thought I could get a little extra money by playing more. So far the trumpet jobs round here are still there but you can look to the future and see that it's drying up.
