Yikes! Where did Manny go?

Been out of the loop for quite awhile, had another baby and crazy crazy work stuff.
I remember Manny having a forum here...what happened? I have searched and cant find anything about it. I really enjoyed hearing from one of my favorite players. Nothing against the new forums, but just want to know what happened if anyone knows. He doesn't seem to post on TrumpetHerald anymore either...is there a newer trumpet forum I don't know about?

From what I can gather some knuckle-heads were harassing some of Manny's friends on this forum so he and a few others hit the road. I miss his trumpet talk and his political takes.

:( That is very unfortunate. He is my fave trumpet player and I loved reading his forum. I love listening to him even more. My wife is sick to death of hearing the Copland #3 cd as well as the Pines of Rome cd. I have literally worn the cover off of the cd surface!
I hope he posts somewhere else soon. Miss ya Manny!
Wish some more peeps had some class....nobody in any forum should be poking at anyone(except that beauty pageant contestant playing that star wars thing omg).

I saw Manny last fall when we played Minneapolis, he said he was tired of some people posting under their real names and other people hiding behind a false screen name. He said he is more active on some political forums now, we didn't talk about which ones because I'm not into politics. Then he bought me a slammin' hamburger!

i used to lurk more back then. but i didn't enjoy the politics at all.

I used to enjoy everything Manny posted. I learned a lot about trumpet playing and about life in general.

This place has certainly changed a lot.

Maybe Manny will eventually come around again. He was a GREAT guy, and his perspective on life definitely speaks more to me today than it did when I first read it.

Maybe he will come around again eventually, he did a lot for this place.
