    Huh, I didn't realize these are not typical caps for the model. Weird. After doing web search looks like these caps are Getzen Capri style.

    Well it's kind of a cool look. I have several Getzens with the knurled caps. Those remind me of the caps on my Super Deluxe. I thought maybe someone had plated a set.

    Yes, it looks factory for late 60's to 70's. I don't know when they moved the trigger to the inside, but 80's models seem to have them.

    That horn looks exactly like the one I had in high school, including the caps, trigger and extra slide-excellent horns!

    Just FYI, it looks like you can still get the traditional style valve caps at the bandroom and elsewhere in case that is important to someone.
