 | WTS 1948 Conn 22B New York Symphony (600$ or best offer) WTS 1948 Conn 22B New York Symphony (600$ or best offer) This was my first trumpet that I replaced with a NTYC Stage 1 Vintage Bb. According to the Conn Loyalist, the serial number indicates a manufacturing date of late 1948. The lacquer has been removed and shows a nice natural brass look (which is far better in reality than in the photos). I had it professionally repaired and tuned. Few minor dents are found. The piston block is in incredibly good working condition and compression is very good for an instrument of its age. To my knowledge, the pistons were not replated and have signs of wear in the bottom but nothing major. Felts have been replaced. Slides are working smoothly. The case seems the original one - a sturdy wooden box with faded felt in it.
