WTS: 1955 Holton Stratodyne

I have a 1955 Holton Stratodyne for sale.

The Stratodyne is a Pro trumpet of that was produced by Holton after WWII. The trumpet is silver plated and has very minimal silver loss. The valves are lightning fast and are in great condition for its age. All slides move freely. The first slide has a trigger that works perfectly, the third slide has a fixed ring that comes with a stop nut(nut missing).

Now, for the bell. The bell has a crease at the rim followed by a bunch of little dings around the bell. The bell bow has two good sized dents and another one by the chuck. Other than that the trumpet is in excellent condition.

I will not reject any offers, all offers will be considered. I'm asking $900. Email me for pictures. You can email me at art.jedimaster@hotmail.com.

Re: WTS: 1955 Holton Stratodyne

I would love to own your horn. I am a college student so i need a good free playing horn for pretty cheap, and the reviews on your horn as excellent. I don't have alot of money seeing as though i am a broke college student, so i want to offer you from $480-$500 for it so i can use the the less amount to take it to the shop and have some of the dings fixed and it cleaned. Please consider me i am really in a bind for a really great horn i can use for a few good years.

thank you

Im sorry Shyla but I got the bell fixed and it had a chem clean. I can't let it go for $500. By fixing the bell the value probably doubled. Thanks for the offer tho.
