Up for sale is a circa 1968 Elkhart Bach Stradivarius Bb trumpet. The horn was recently restored by acclaimed brass technician Charlie Melk. Pre-restoration condition was excellent (no large dents, red-rot, etc. The lacquer was 70%)

After Restoration:

This beautiful trumpet has no dents, dings, scratches or wear on the horn. The lacquer is beautiful, 100%. The original first valve slide was copied and a thumb hook was installed on the copy. Both slides are included in the sale. The horn was given an ultrasonic bath and a Precision Valve Alignment. The serial number is 49,xxx. All slides and valves work flawlessly.

The case is original and is in fantastic shape inside and out. Included is a vintage Bach case cover in great shape, with a few little scuffs on the bottom. Zipper pulls perfectly.

This is a fantastic, beautiful, exceptional trumpet. I am selling because of economic reasons.
