For sale is a beautiful Stomvi Forte Bb Large Bell (5" Bell) trumpet in Lacquer. The Forte is the top of Stomvi's "Student" line of trumpets, but it easily matches the features, quality and playability of most professional trumpets (I beleive Tony Kadleck played a Forte for awhile). This trumpet has recently been cleaned and the internals cleaned with Horn Flush, so it is ready to play. The standard Stomvi Forte retails (not MSRP) for over $1300 (http://www.music123.com/Stomvi-Forte...71192.Music123). This particular horn has the large 5" bell (rare), and plays with a beautiful big tone that projects well. It blends well with Bachs, but can blow out over the crowd when soloing. This trumpet is in the same condition as the day it was purchased...no dents or dings.

Included with the trumpet are a backpack style case, a Stomvi 3C mouthpiece (close to a Bach 3C) and the Stomvi maintenance items (valve oil, extra valve springs and pads, polishing cloth).

This horn has been played in Concert Bands and church orchestras, and Jazz and Big Bands...it has been a great solo horn for me. I recently purchased a Taylor X-Lite and want to find a good home for this trumpet.
