WTS/WTT: Eclipse LR & LC

I have an Eclipse LR and an LC (large red brass/large copper bells) for sale or trade. I'm looking for an Eclipse MR or an Olds Super Recording, but will be open to suggestions!

$2300 a piece.

Pictures can be sent via email!

If you could provide us with some references of past sales, as well as more complete descriptions,it would be great too.

Re: WTS/WTT: Eclipse LR & LC

That's reasonable! I've made several deals both on Trumpetmaster and Trumpetherald, but I'm not so comfortable giving out names without checking with people first. I will do that though. Contact me personally and I can give you guys references that way!

The LR and LC are 3 and 4 years old respectively. They are both in excellent condition, having been used professionally. More details can be seen from the pictures, which I will be happy to send anyone by email. These two models are both great jazz horns, the LC being dry and whispery, the LR more velvety and broad. Both are on the heavy side, which gives you stability of volume in both extremes.

The praise of Eclipse many of you have probably heard is not overstated! Large skips/flexibility is easier than on any other horn I've tried. Intonation and slotting is also amazing. These large bell models are supposed to have tighter slotting than the medium sized ones.

I want to continue with Eclipse, and I'm looking for a Medium Red model if anyone has one available!

Are you trading an Eclipse for an Olds Recording as an even trade?

Re: WTS/WTT: Eclipse LR & LC

Super Recording, not Recording... I would require a little cash unless it were an especially fine specimen.
