Wts: Bach 229 c trumpet

This horn is very gently used but in VERY good condition. Hardly used at all. Serial number was made in 1998, so it is pre-strike. This year was especially good for C trumpets. The horn was brand new, never been taken out of the case until I bought it in 2008. It features: .462" bore Hand hammered yellow brass bell Standard weight #25 leadpipe Monel pistons This is probably one of the best Bach C trumpets you will ever play. The horn is incredibly consistent throughout all registers. It produces lots of overtones. Great ring in the sound. Very open. Doesn't back up on you no matter how much you blow into it. There are 2 very small dings on the horn, one on the bell in front of the front brace and the other on the bell. Neither of which would even show in the pictures I took. THIS HORN IS A GEM!

Asking $1600

Is your horn still for sale? Have you got pictures of it?

God's blessings,

Eduardo.
