2 year old Yamaha Chicago C Trumpet. I'm selling it because I have the opportunity to buy my teacher's Bach Malone C, and it's just a better fit for me. This trumpet has been well used but is still in good condition. There is a small dent in the bell just forward of the brace, but I am going to have it removed within the next few days.
I also feel obliged to inform you that there is evidence of brass rot in the lead pipe. As of yet it is not severe, but the pipe will probably need to be replaced in about 2 years. Because of this I am reducing the selling price to $2500. I will also consider any reasonable offers. This includes shipping to the continental United States.

The only other consideration is that I do not want to switch trumpets during our 2 week orchestra rotation at the conservatory. I will obviously not require payment until I can ship it, but the first person to clinch it can have it. I will be able to ship it after Sunday, 12 October.

The horn is still available. I had Ken Pope evaluate the leadpipe and he says it's fine -- just keep it clean and oiled. It's in great condition. I'd like to sell it soon, so please email me with any offers/questions!
