Minstrel will become famous soon enough
WTS: Galileo Cornet / Deutches Kornett

This is a german rotary cornet (Deutches Kornett) in B-flat made by Galileo. It's finished in silver plate and is in excellent condition - no marks of dings. It has a gold brass bell. The valves move freely and fast, all slides move as they should. There is a thumb push for the 3rd valve slide (which is natural to use) and the finger ring is fully adjustable to enable the player to find the most comfortable playing position.l The valve slides are one piece, without joints, and the instrument has been made to the highest standards.

The cornet plays superbly and I've used it in a varient of situations, including many times in English brass/silver bands. It blends really well with other instruments, including sections of piston cornets and many people (band conductors, other players (including non-cornet players) and members of the public) comment on how good the tone is.

These instruments are very very rate and are built to order. I'm not sure what to ask for it, but I'm putting a price of £1950 (UK pounds) on it, which is around half the new price. The instrument is located in Surrey, UK. Please contact me if you are interested.
