WTS - Sterling Cornet

SOLD! This is a British made Sterling Virtuoso Cornet in silver plate with gold plated slides. The new retail price for this cornet would be $2500 although I haven’t seen any stores in the United States that carry it. Medium large bore, 0.460 inches. It is a very responsive easy to play cornet with a sweet mellow sound. This cornet is in great condition! No dent or dings that I see and the bell has never been damaged. All valves and slides move smoothly. I have played this cornet in brass band for about a year and a half. I found another cornet I like a bit better so this one has to go since I cannot afford to keep 2 too notch cornets.
