WTS Vintage Conn Wonder Vocal Cornet 10A

I have an antique Conn cornet, a Wonder Vocal model 10A I believe. The serial number is 197041, placing this instrument’s manufacture date between 1922 and 1923. This horn has a rotor tuning mechanism for changing the horn from B flat to C. The bore size is 1½ (we measured .458”). The horn is silver plated and the bell is gold plated inside and out with other gold plated trim such as the valve casing caps, knobs on the tuning slides, water keys, ferrules etc. It has extensive engraving on the bell and the original pearls on the valve tops and the bottom valve caps are still beautiful. It does not have the original mouthpiece but does come with 2 including 1 Bach Mt.Vernon 10 1/2 C. The horn is in beautiful condition for its age with only a couple of minor dents that the guys in our shop said they can remove easily. It comes in the original case (although it has been painted brown) and has the original care booklet and lyre. All valves and slides are moving and in working order this horn was very well cared for. I’d like to see this instrument with someone who can appreciate it. I have some pictures, if you are interested I can email them. Not sure what to ask I was thinking $500. If I'm way off let me know.
