WTB standard bottom valve caps

I purchased a used Selmer Concept TT in lacquer. It did not come with the standard valve caps. Looking to purchase or possible direction where to buy.

Re: WTB standard bottom valve caps

I've got a set of bach caps, will that work on the selmer? They're the standard caps, I have them extra from an old horn I pieced apart.

Let me know.

Re: WTB standard bottom valve caps

Thanks for the consideration. Unfortuantely, Bach caps don't fit. However, good news is Dillions can get them for me.

Thanks again.

Re: WTB standard bottom valve caps

Would you mind giving me an idea of what you paid for the matte. I think the lacquer will be bit less expensive. Just want an idea of what to expect.
Thanks

I needed a new top cap for my horn, and for three in laquer(the matte gold isn't made any more) I had to pay almost $240.00

The top cap by the way, is made of three brass parts, that are NOT solderd, they sucks! The middle part often fall out! Not too cool...

Re: WTB standard bottom valve caps

Well got a price back from Dillons. approx 69.00 for the 3 bottom caps. However, they are not available till January. MAybe I'll just forget them. I love the horn the way it is now.

Do you find a big difference in the sound when the lighter caps are on?
